Logistics Specialist
to join their team. This role is a
CONTRACT TO HIRE
position. Position will be
ONSITE . Candidates must be residing within commutable distance of
San Jose, CA
to be considered. Contract to hire Onsite Open to all experience levels Position Duties: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely preparation of all required documents such as BOL, shipping label, and packing slip. Prepare and maintain daily reports, records, and documentation including daily shipping reports, monthly accrual reports, and daily shipping documentations to reflect department activities. Work closely and cross-functionally with supply planning team, warehouse, Finance, Sales, and Sales operations to fulfill requested items. Assist in developing Logistics plans, procedures, and 3rd PL warehouse’s daily operations and rating improvement efforts. Meet productivity standards, completing all work in a timely manner. Requirements: Customer service skills Comfortable with data entry Interest in Logistics/Export Compliance, Supply Chain Operation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently on complex assignments.
