These roles are essential to develop and implement several highly visible and critical projects that enable the Boeing Commercial Airplanes manufacturing and production leadership development initiatives.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including for a Senior or Lead Project Management Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and support key initiatives that enhance Boeing's manufacturing safety and quality practices, including enterprise-wide programs and projects related to leadership development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and senior leaders to define project scope, develop integrated project plans, and ensure timely execution and measurable impact. Translate complex topics into clear, concise communications for various audiences-including executive leadership. Provide strategic recommendations and insights to leadership to support continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and value delivery. Coordinate the development and deployment of strategy, plans, and supporting processes to meet long-range business objectives. Analyze data, prepare reports, monitor project health, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple workstreams. Identify risks, opportunities, and interdependencies, and lead mitigation or recovery planning as needed. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to less experienced project managers, contributing to overall team development and capability building. Prepare and deliver executive level presentations to senior level leaders in the company Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in leading and/or managing complex projects 5+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues in an operations environment 5+ years of experience in leadership role leading global teams, initiatives, or projects that demonstrated improvement to cost and quality and the ability to influence change 5+ years of experience using project management methodologies, including developing project plans, performance management, and managing issues and risks 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word) 5+ years of experience delivering priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
