A Community Health Center in Sierra Vista, AZ is seekinga Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
to providemental health consultation and behavioral interventions in a primary caresetting.
In this role, the LicensedClinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist will provide evidence-based,solution-focused behavioral interventions, including individual, couples, andfamily therapy, as well as group facilitation. Responsibilities includeconducting assessments, diagnosing patients using DSM-IV/ICD-9, and
developingtreatment
plans tailored to each patient's needs. The provider will collaborateclosely with medical staff to integrate behavioral health into primary care,ensuring seamless coordination of patient care. Additionally, they will offer
clinicalconsultation,
crisis intervention, and education to both patients and staffwhile maintaining accurate documentation and participating in regular teammeetings. Compensation:
$83,752.13-$125,628.20 Requirements: ·
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, orSocial Work. ·
Arizona Licensure as an LCSW or
LicensedPsychologist. ·
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. ·
Computer literacy required. ·
