We're looking for a seasoned and systems-minded Data Engineer / Architect to help lead the evolution of our data platform. This role will be foundational to a transformative initiative: centralizing data across our products and tenants to enable internal analytics, cross-tenant benchmarking, and next-generation AI/ML-driven insights. This work will underpin everything from internal operational analytics to the launch of innovative new product capabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing data architectures that are scalable, secure, and extensible. You'll partner across engineering and product teams to ensure our data foundation is structured to unlock meaningful insights and high-value applications. What You'll Do Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and models to ingest, normalize, and structure data across tenants and products into a unified analytics platform. Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to shape data solutions that support real-time insights, internal KPIs, and product innovation. Establish systems and guardrails that ensure data consistency, security, and usability at scaleacross tenants, regions, and compliance domains. Structure datasets to support supervised and unsupervised ML models, internal benchmarking dashboards, and productized data features. Bring architectural vision and hands-on execution to evolving our Snowflake-based platform (with coordination in Azure and AWS too) in a way that supports modern analytical and AI workloads. Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldor equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or backend systems development. Demonstrated success designing data solutions with Snowflake, Postgres, Elasticsearch, or similar analytical platforms in SaaS or multi-tenant environments. High degree of proficiency with cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS. Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow preferred. Strong understanding of event-driven design, schema evolution, and large-scale data processing. Familiarity with SaaS architectures, data security, and governance best practices.
