Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our business information.
Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data in internal databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Generate reports and perform data audits as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy Assist with administrative tasks and document management Follow data entry procedures and company policies
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role Excellent typing speed and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP software is a plus
Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms Knowledge of data privacy standards and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills
