Job Summary: Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nations leading brands. They are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer for a fully onsite position in Los Angeles, California, responsible for enhancing websites and landing pages, overseeing site maintenance, performance optimization, and contributing to future content builds. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and debug maintainable, clean code for web applications. Design and optimize user experiences and interactions across websites and applications. Configure and manage servers and databases. Collaborate with graphic designers to implement new features and functionality. Maintain web security, scalability, and reliability across development efforts. Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members. Coordinate with vendors to integrate third-party applications into the platform with minimal issues. Qualifications: Required: 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer. Strong knowledge of databases, including phpMyAdmin, SQL, and MySQL. Experience with API integrations, Google tags, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier). Basic understanding of ad operations and the ability to troubleshoot marketing tracking and analytics tools. Knowledge of server configurations and hosting environments. Experience building and modifying WordPress sites. Ability to work on-call as needed. Preferred: Familiarity with call tracking technology (highly preferred).
