Job Title: System Administrator Summary Are you seeking a fast-paced Systems Administrator role working in different environments and with different clients every day. Are you looking to develop your range of tech experience in a role focused on delivering outstanding customer service? Are you ready to get stuck into some projects? Then this role is perfect for you in a fast-growing Managed Services Provider in Texas. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 3 support for escalated IT tickets and end-user issues. Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, and VMware environments. Perform intermediate network administration, including configuration and troubleshooting of switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Participate in system and network upgrades, installations, and maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed and secure documentation of system and network configurations. Provide timely and customer-focused IT support across the organization. Stay up to date with evolving IT technologies, particularly in networking and system security. Collaborate with IT team members on projects and infrastructure initiatives. Must Have Qualifications 3 years of MSP experience Network and firewall configuration experience Backup and recovery solutions Background in Office 365 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences. 401k Generous PTO Working with an experienced team that values hard work and collaboration Seniority level
