Techstra is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst with deep experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and rebates analytics to support a strategic BI/reporting transformation initiative. This role will focus on documenting requirements, inventorying assets, providing domain expertise, and supporting migration to a next-gen BI platform within a high-impact, agile environment. Here is a look of some of the expectations and responsibilities for this position: Opportunity to shape a major BI transformation Join a world-class organization at the forefront of healthcare analytics Work with cloud-based BI technologies and a state-of-the-art platform Agile, collaborative environment driving quick, sustainable change Contribute to a core product vertical supporting key CVS Health clients Top 5 Responsibilities: Assist the Rebates Product Lead in the design, documentation, and development of BI/Reporting solutions Document business and technical requirements (user stories, BRDs) for BI/reporting in the PBM rebates domain Provide subject-matter expertise in PBM Rebates to guide reporting assets and solutions Support the migration of legacy BI tools to a new centralized BI platform Assist in testing, training, and change management activities to ensure a successful transformation Key Responsibilities: Document and translate business needs into technical requirements for BI/reporting tools Collect and organize an inventory of existing reporting assets Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and deliverables Design and execute UAT testing plans in collaboration with QA and development teams Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions Advocate for best practices in data visualization and storytelling Required Experience & Skills: Skill Years of Experience PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) 5+ years PBM Rebates 3+ years Business Intelligence/Reporting 5+ years Data Analysis 7+ years Requirements Documentation (e.g., user stories, BRDs) 3+ years MicroStrategy or similar enterprise BI tools 5+ years Agile Project Management Preferred
