Range from $42,000-45,000+ per year, including hourly pay and commissions, depending on experience. Schedule

Must be flexible to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Availability of two weekends per month is required; three is preferred. Average hours are 40 per week. Responsibilities Meet or exceed personal sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Answer questions about merchandise, location, price, and use. Analyze reports and make decisions regarding inventory, merchandise arrangement, and sales trends. Stock shelves and merchandise, set up advertising and signs to promote sales. Communicate professionally with vendors and outside sales representatives. Train associates on merchandise use and knowledge. Participate in weekly sales and product knowledge meetings. Maintain a professional appearance and contribute positively to the team environment. Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals. Perform basic math operations and effectively communicate with customers and staff. Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent. Physical & Lifting Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, kneel, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear. Capable of exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently. Benefits
