Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Supply Chain Associate (P1-P3) to provide technical planning support for parenteral supply chains. Implement, maintain, and improve business processes for global pharmaceutical supply chains. Ensure alignment of purchase orders with sourcing strategies. Maintain inventory at safety stock levels to meet production requirements. Conduct day-to-day vendor management, including lead time, quotes, purchase order updates and queries, delivery timelines, documentation, returns, and payment. Support the setup of new supply chains and line extensions for external manufacturers. Analyze inventories of manufacturing supplies as well as semi-finished and finished products. Translate commercial and development demand forecasts into weekly and monthly master and prepare monthly Sales and Operations Plans to align all site production-related activities. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field and 2 years of academic or employment experience with supply chain functions for manufacturing or packaging operations. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience compiling data for manufacturing resource planning (MRPII) and OSSCE metrics; 2 year of experience with material requirements planning (MRP) and SAP; 2 years of experience with Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and Pareto charts; 2 years of experience with scenario building analyses; 2 years of experience as a buyer, including placing Purchase Orders; and 2 years of experience with financial responsibility standards. Part-time telecommuting permitted. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $57,750 - $129,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
