We're Hiring: Compassionate and Dedicated Medical Social Worker (MSW, LSW - Nevada) Location: Nevada Schedule: Full-time | Flexible scheduling with after-hours support rotation Language: English (Bilingual Spanish would be a bonus)

We are currently seeking a Medical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program and an active Nevada Social Work license to support our growing team. What You'll Do
As a key member of our interdisciplinary group, you'll provide holistic care by: Assessing psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients and families Developing individualized Plans of Care in collaboration with our medical and counseling teams Providing emotional support and counseling to patients, families, and staff Assisting families with navigating insurance and financial challenges Leading or supporting bereavement services and support groups Participating in continuous quality improvement efforts Ensuring timely and thorough documentation Responding to potential abuse/neglect concerns in collaboration with management Supporting orientation and training initiatives for staff, volunteers, and community partners What You Bring Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program (Required) Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Nevada (Required) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a multidisciplinary setting Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and connect compassionately with individuals from diverse backgrounds Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
