Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges Establish project governance and communication protocols Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and work breakdown structures (WBS) Lead and manage geographically- dispersed project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and action items Monitor project progress and performance against plan, identifying and addressing deviations Track project budget and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to effectively manage projects Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units Ensure project deliverables are completed and meet quality standards Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder sign-off Evaluate project performance and identify lessons learned for future projects Prepare and present project reports to management Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management Contribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies and processes Participate in IT strategic planning and budgeting activities Mentor and coach junior project team members Manage vendor relationships as needed for project success Other duties as assigned Requirements

Education/Training:

Associates in a related field preferred Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) certification required PMP certification preferred ITIL certification preferred Experience:

5+ years of direct experience in IT project management, managing high-dollar projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget General understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks Experience negotiating with vendors and stakeholders to achieve project goals Preferred Experience:

Experience managing high dollar-value projects ranging in complexity Experience managing geographically separated project teams Experience managing projects in traditional waterfall and/or agile methodologies Security:

Must be a US citizen Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance Physical Requirements:

Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.) Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time Benefits

Salary:

$110,000 - 125,000
