Time Max Salary: $114,263 to $128,080 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Office 365 Administrator with proven experience supporting Mergers Acquisitions MA activities This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration migration and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments during corporate transitions The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services and a strategic understanding of MA processes including tenanttotenant migrations identity consolidation and collaboration enablement Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive Intune and Azure AD Lead and support MA related IT activities including Tenanttotenant migrations Domain consolidation and identity management Data migration and coexistence strategies Collaborate with cross functional teams IT Legal HR Security to assess and execute integration plans Develop and maintain documentation for MA integration processes configurations and best practices Monitor and optimize performance availability and security of M365 services Implement governance policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Provide Tier 23 support and troubleshoot complex issues related to Microsoft 365 Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap and emerging technologies relevant to MA scenarios Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience 2 years of hands-on experience with MA IT integration projects Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid configurations Azure Active Directory and identity federation Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online architecture PowerShell scripting for automation and migration tasks Experience with third party migration tools eg Quest Bit Titan ShareGate Familiarity with compliance frameworks eg GDPR HIPAA and Microsoft Purview Excellent communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Intune and endpoint management Background in enterprise scale environments and global user bases Exposure to ITIL practices and change management processes Skills Mandatory Skills :
