Summary Description:
The ERP Business Analyst plays a key role in implementing SAP solutions across Billerud North American operations within the SAP ECC 6.0 environment (Finance & Accounting, Controlling, Taxation, Order to Cash, Sourcing, Plant Maintenance, and Reporting). The role involves close collaboration with functional leaders to understand objectives, develop, coordinate, and implement business requirements and solutions. Additionally, this role supports compliance activities within an ICFR-controlled system.
The ERP Business Analyst applies extensive knowledge of SAP ECC and third-party applications to meet business needs in a dynamic environment. The role is responsible for working with internal and external teams to ensure service delivery, managing resources through an outsourcing agreement.
Key Accountabilities:
Analyze complex business processes and translate them into detailed requirements understandable by both business and technical teams.
Establish and maintain partnerships with business units to understand goals, issues, and priorities.
Provide expertise on Billerud's business processes and systems.
Ensure ERP compliance with ICFR, including access requests, segregation of duties, and restricted access remediation.
Manage SAP-related incidents and service delivery.
Coordinate with other IT leaders to ensure seamless integration of solutions within the global IT environment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant SAP and IT experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Leadership experience in large IT organizations, including application development, implementation, and support, with large-scale projects.
Education:
BA/BS or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Personal Qualities:
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with various stakeholders.
Strong self-management and customer focus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions, processes, cybersecurity, and controls.
Knowledge of the paper manufacturing industry is a plus.
