Who We Want

The role of the Associate Private Client Manager is to provide exceptional client experience for the Private Client Group by ensuring every aspect of the client relationships are communicated and properly maintained. This role will provide on-going service and support to Private Client Team by providing service that exceeds expectations. This includes communicating task and case needs with team, providing guidance and direction with clients, providing instructions to the Private Client team on determining what actions will be needed to complete client requests. Coordination of projects, training, and on-going development of improved client communication methods and internal office procedures is also required. The Private Client Manager must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time while maintaining professional poise and courtesy to clients and internal stakeholders.

What To Expect

Complete CPC tasks assigned timely and update tasks as needed Ensure CPC Planning forms and cases are completed accurately and in good order Follow up on completed cases and tasks with appropriate CPC stakeholder Monitor and maintain weekly Salesforce reports Maintain accurate and complete client information in the database Interact with the firm’s operations team on all case requirements and follow up Assist Private Client Strategist, Planners and Managers with needed communications for the client base including phone calls, emails, and follow up Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with the CPC team when the need to focus on service and communication to clients and internal Stakeholders Assist in developing client review materials Develop and maintain written systems of all activities Attend all training and information sharing meetings scheduled for the CPC team Attend firm client events when appropriate Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies Other duties as assigned What You Need

Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion, SalesForce, etc.) preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision Analytical and research skills Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Desire to provide the highest quality of service High level of attention to detail Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred or commensurate career experience Experience working in a professional office environment preferred 5 years of experience in the financial industry preferred In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment. The total rewards expected for this role include:

Starting annual base salary between $50,000 - $66,200.
