Job Overview

The Nurse Manager (RN) TCU is responsible for continuity of nursing care by delegating, advising and supervising nursing care delivered on our transitional care unit in Edina, MN.

This Ebenezer nursing position is full time, Monday through Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Day shift schedule, 80 hours per two weeks Weekends as needed. Generous Benefits

Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Associates RN Degree, BSN preferred One to three years' experience required, three to five years preferred Previous LTC management experience preferred Current MN RN license by start date CPR certified

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
