Position Overview
The
Crown Reach Truck Driver
safely and efficiently operates Crown reach truck equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment. You'll be responsible for moving, staging, and organizing inventory-helping Trigo maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities Operate a stand-up Crown reach truck to store and retrieve pallets and materials in tight or narrow warehouse aisles. Use pick sheets or RF scanners to accurately select and stage inventory for shipping or stocking. Load and unload products from trucks and pallet racks; prepare shipments for dispatch. Conduct daily equipment inspections (e.g., walk-around or circle checks) and report any maintenance issues immediately. Track outbound and inbound shipments, log discrepancies, and perform basic inventory reconciliation. Handle damaged or misplaced inventory appropriately to maintain inventory integrity and safety. Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment, following all company policies and safety protocols. Potentially assist with cycle counts, picking/packing tasks, or other general warehouse operations as needed. Required Qualifications
Valid certification and experience operating
Crown reach trucks
(stand-up/stand-on) preferably 1+ year. Basic understanding of warehouse operations: loading, inventory tracking, and safety compliance. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces. Good attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and work effectively as part of a team.
