Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will leverage your expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to manage system upgrades, process improvements, workflow optimization, and audit readiness. This role requires deep technical and functional knowledge of identity governance, with a focus on enhancing access management operations, ensuring compliance, and improving system performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and deliver optimized identity workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the upgrade of SailPoint from version 8.3 to 8.4/8.5, ensuring smooth transitions and integration compatibility. Design and implement a database for Access History to include approval workflow records. Enable and configure audit logging across the SailPoint environment. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, inefficiencies, and process bottlenecks. Review and improve current coding and business processes to reduce errors and facilitate future upgrades. Evaluate and resolve TOSC Review Status malfunctions, including potential process modifications. Customize and optimize email notification templates and timing for workflows. Configure approval workgroup notifications and address user management nuances in the OT System User Table. Manage and reconcile supervisor accounts, including disabled or inactive accounts. Assess and optimize Active Directory integration with SailPoint roles and entitlements. Develop workflows supporting multiple approvers for entitlement assignments. Update background check processes and automate suspension for contractor accounts upon expiration. Implement deprovisioning alerts and oversee full account lifecycle management. Create rehire workflows to reactivate suspended, disabled, or inactive accounts. Document SailPoint maintenance procedures and develop advanced analytics queries. Maintain and audit service account inventories. Define and enforce onboarding standards, role definitions, and approval group naming conventions. Enhance privileged and service account approval workflows to meet compliance requirements. Lead data validation, cleanup, and transition efforts to discretionary access models, including certification processes. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, upgrades, and configuration. Strong understanding of identity governance, workflow automation, and access management. Experience designing and managing databases related to identity systems. Knowledge of audit logging, compliance, and reporting within SailPoint. Proficiency in SailPoint Beanshell or Java coding, XML configurations, and system customization. Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory and enterprise applications. Ability to analyze and optimize notification systems, workflows, and entitlement models. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Strong documentation skills for technical and process-related deliverables. Experience in OT or regulated environments is a plus.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
