Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an accomplished

Director – Supply Chain Operations

to lead production planning, warehousing, and logistics for our Wilson manufacturing facility. This role oversees all materials movement—raw materials to finished goods—ensuring optimal efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high service levels. You'll also champion SAP ERP best practices and drive continuous process improvements in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with corporate objectives and customer requirements. Set performance goals and metrics to enhance materials management and delivery performance. Lead production planning to maximize plant capacity utilization and meet forecasted demand. Systems & Process Optimization Oversee SAP ERP modules (Warehouse Management and Production Planning) to ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and strong integration with operations. Identify and implement automation and process improvements to boost productivity and accuracy. Inventory & Materials Management Ensure availability of raw materials and optimal finished goods inventory to avoid service interruptions. Direct inbound/outbound materials flow between plant, contract manufacturers, and distribution centers. Manage inventory control programs, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. Warehouse & Logistics Oversight Lead warehouse operations, including shipping (parcel, LTL, TL), receiving, and delivery of materials to production. Manage transportation operations for intercompany shipments and finished goods distribution. Compliance & Collaboration Maintain compliance with cGMP, Good Warehouse Practices, and applicable regulatory requirements. Partner with HSE and Quality teams to uphold ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards. Team Leadership Recruit, develop, and mentor staff across planning, warehousing, and logistics functions. Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for supply chain operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution management, including 7+ years in leadership. Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing industries preferred. Strong ERP skills (SAP highly preferred) with deep understanding of warehouse, production planning, and transportation systems. Proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results. Work Environment This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular presence on the manufacturing floor and in warehouse areas. Occasional shift flexibility and after-hours availability may be needed for operational support.
