Appliance Department Coordinator For over 40 years, Hoffmann Brothers has served as the premier HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance Repair service and installation contractor in the St. Louis area. appliance/electrical
service and installation operations. This role serves as the central point of contact for customers, field professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely scheduling, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts with strong attention to detail. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person to be able to perform duties such as managing a multi-line phone system, managing field pro schedules, ordering equipment, pulling permits, data entry, invoicing, filing, timecards, and following up with customers, and helping with special projects for managers and owners. Qualifications: *ServiceTitan Experience A Plus* This position will primarily support the Appliance Department, but will also support the Electrical Department as needed* Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management software is a plus Proficiency in scheduling, email communication, and data entry. Knowledge of Microsoft programs Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands/Working Conditions: To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, fingers, handle controls, hear, and talk. Individuals may need to sit at a desk or table for long periods of time. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
