Position: Panel Builder We are seeking an experienced Panel Builder to join our team on a full-time basis. Job Summary: The Panel Builder will be responsible for assembling and wiring control panels and electrical systems for various industrial and commercial applications. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to assemble control panels and electrical systems - Select and install appropriate components, such as switches, relays, and circuit breakers, according to specifications - Wire and connect components using hand and power tools, ensuring proper placement and secure connections - Test and troubleshoot control panels and systems to ensure functionality and adherence to safety standards - Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following company safety protocols and procedures - Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of work - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in control panel technology Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in panel building or related field - Strong understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints - Experience with hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment - Knowledge of NEC and other relevant safety codes and standards - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time - Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
