What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop tools and workflows for remote assist specialists to effectively manage autonomous vehicles Create verification and validation plans to ensure safety and effectiveness of systems in on-road operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems related to autonomy Design mission management and fleet intelligence software for efficient vehicle management Provide situational context and support to enhance decision-making for remote assist specialists
What is Required (Qualifications): 6+ years of industry software engineering experience with strong C++ coding fundamentals Experience in robotics and/or autonomous vehicles Interest in developing user-facing tools and workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with leveraging machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) Previous work involving human-robot interaction Development of Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs)
