Dispatcher – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Location:
Indian Trail, NC Pay:
$17–$19/hour Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch) Job Type:
Full-time, In-person About Us Sealing Agents Waterproofing, Inc. is a residential subcontractor specializing in waterproofing, spray foam insulation, and material spreading services. We work with homebuilders and contractors across NC, SC, GA, and TN. We are seeking a
bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatcher
to join our corporate office in Indian Trail, NC. Responsibilities Create and manage daily crew schedules and routes using GPS tools.
Coordinate with crew leaders to track job status and adjust schedules as needed.
Enter new customers into our system, process deposits, and track warranty work.
Send daily schedules to managers and crews; monitor scheduler email.
Collaborate with sales and production teams to improve efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
2+ years in customer service or dispatch
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Map reading and data entry skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Construction industry experience a plus
