AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to Early Childhood students (Pre-K) in Riverdale, Illinois. This full-time role begins August 14, 2025, and runs through May 29, 2026, supporting the school’s early learning classrooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with young learners and contribute to their multimodal communication development. This role also offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team of SLPs, and two of AnthroMed’s SLPs are returning back again for the 2025-2026 school year! Responsibilities
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to early childhood students (Pre-K), Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM-3:15 PM. Deliver therapy services within a Pre-K (Early Childhood) educational setting focused on preparing students for kindergarten readiness. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address early speech and language developmental needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize Embrace system for IEP management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning. Pay & Benefits
Salary Range: $54,000-$67,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date. Benefits:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (IDFPR and PEL). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply!
