Position Overview:
We are seeking an
attorney
to join our Fort Myers office. The office is near Page Field. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload, supervising staff, engaging in active client communication, and representing clients in court proceedings related to landlord/tenant matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage an active caseload related to landlord/tenant disputes, evictions, and property management law.
Represent clients in court, including hearings and trials.
Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients regarding landlord/tenant issues.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best legal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
from an accredited law school.
Active Florida Bar License
in good standing or close to being licensed.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with support staff in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to be a part of a growing established firm.
