WHAT ARE THE HOURS? We are excited to offer a servicing technician position in Wilson, NC! You can select from several schedules that suit your needs: - 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday We also provide options for evening, night, and weekend shifts, giving you the flexibility you want as a service technician. On-call and overtime work opportunities are available in our respected heating and air conditioning company.
DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS? 1+ year of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance or service) Preferred Requirements : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Attentiveness to detail Customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in attics or crawl spaces
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECH ENTAIL? As an HVAC Service Tech at our air conditioning company, your day starts with a thorough assessment of your schedule before you head out in your fully equipped company vehicle. At each appointment as a servicing technician, you take decisive action to perform critical maintenance on both residential and light commercial HVAC systems-cleaning coils, replacing filters, and conducting electrical inspections with meticulous attention to detail. You're vigilant in spotting potential problems, offering customers sound recommendations for necessary repairs, and ways to improve their systems' efficiency. Each service call involves filling out digital service tickets and making sure your tools and vehicle are in top condition for the next job, all while maintaining strict safety standards.
