A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in Chandler, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to handle a variety of litigation matters, including wrongful death, contract disputes, premises liability, and personal injury claims. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and team members, gaining hands-on experience from case inception to resolution.
Duties
Handle litigation matters from inception to resolution. Develop legal strategies and conduct research. Draft pleadings and motions. Argue motions in court and attend mediations. Collaborate with a diverse range of clients. Requirements
1 - 7 years of experience in civil litigation. Proficiency in legal research and drafting. Experience with depositions, court appearances, and mediations preferred. Strong communication and advocacy skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills
