ABOUT THE ROLE As an HVAC Installer, your day begins with preparing for installations and ensuring you have the necessary equipment for each job. You spend most of your day completing the installation of cutting-edge heating and air conditioning systems in homes, always following manufacturer specifications and safety compliance. As you finish each installation, you communicate effectively with customers to explain the process and address their questions, maintaining Bratcher's reputation for excellent service. you must meet the following requirements to qualify: Active driver's license At least 1 year of experience in HVAC installation We're looking for candidates with strong mechanical and technical skills as well as a talent for communication and customer service.
