Position Specific Description As an SAP Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting material management, inventory management, demand forecasting, master data, and analytics solutions with a deep understanding of SAP systems. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business unit partners, recommending and delivering innovative solutions to business challenges. You must have a strong grasp of SAP's integrated supply chain offerings, including data, transactions, relationships, integrations, and architecture. You will add value by partnering with the business to deliver process, people, and technology solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and enhance shareholder value. You will engage daily with business leadership and subject matter experts within the Engineering, Construction, & Integrated Supply Chain (ECSC) group. You will identify use cases and apply innovative technologies such as AI, advanced analytics, and enterprise data. Your primary responsibilities include: IT Product Owner: Expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules, including functional and technical knowledge, roadmap awareness, and support for long-term planning. Data Steward: Collaborate with Data Owners to define, implement, and monitor data policies, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Solution Delivery: Manage IT programs and projects supporting ECSC, ranging from $5M to $50M annually, providing hands-on escalation support. Strategic Leadership: Develop and recommend innovative IT solutions using SAP and other tools to address business problems. Business Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with supply chain partners at all levels, including C-suite. Fiduciary Responsibility: Ensure spending maximizes value, balancing demands against ROI, NPV, and cost/benefit, with actuals within +/- 5% of budget. Leadership: Lead teams of employees, contractors, and consultants supporting projects and support systems, including training, mentoring, and conflict resolution. Preferred Qualifications: Deep expertise in S/4 HANA ERP and supply chain modules Extensive experience with MM, MRP, EWM as a consultant or architect Knowledge of SAP integrations, data modeling, and related fields Minimum 6 years SAP FICO experience, including core modules like Materials Management and Sales & Distribution Experience with SAP lifecycle implementations, certifications, and related tools Job Overview
