We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team in building a next-generation, cloud-native Financial Crimes Platform.
This role involves designing and developing secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise applications while collaborating in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, quality, and delivering impactful solutions that protect customers in an evolving cyber-threat landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-native enterprise applications using microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
Lead the development of REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Maven, and OpenAPI standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
Apply test-first development practices and ensure high test coverage using tools like RESTAssured, Cucumber, and Wiremock.
Drive observability and operational excellence using tools such as Datadog and Splunk.
Contribute to architectural decisions and influence engineering best practices across teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with global teams to enhance engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred). 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in full stack development. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Maven, and REST API development. Hands-on experience with Python, Kafka Streams, SQL, and Jenkins. Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems. Proven experience with DevOps practices and secure SDLC. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with service virtualization tools and modern testing frameworks. Background in financial services or security-focused platforms. Familiarity with A/B testing, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles.
