OB/GYN Physician (FT or PT, Marin & Petaluma)

The Position(s): Join a well-established, collegial OB/GYN Team, covering Labor and Delivery, Emergency Room, emergency gynecological surgery, and in-house Gynecology consults. We have positions in both Marin and Petaluma (FT & PT). Full-time and Part-time (Independent Contractor) positions available. 12 hour shifts. Petaluma role:
is either Full-time position, includes 3 days (or PT 24 hours per week) in our brand new multi-specialty clinic in Petaluma (opening Winter 2024), and one in-house 12-hour hospitalist shift per week at MarinHealth Medical Center (Greenbrae, CA). Marin role : is either Full-time position, includes 4 days (or PT 32 hours per week) in our Greenbrae and Novato clinics with possible expansion to Southern Marin. One in-house 12-hour hospitalist shift per month, and three 24-hour on call shifts (call from office/home) per month. Employed position through Prima Medical Group as part of a well-respected, collegial OB/GYN group. OB Hospitalist Program in place at Marin General Hospital, covering Labor and Delivery, Emergency Room, emergency gynecological surgery, and in-house Gynecology consults. EPIC electronic health record utilized in the practice and at MarinHealth Medical Center. Qualifications: M.D. or D.O. Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy for high quality patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience. Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (with intent to become certified within 2 years) is required. Licensed or eligible for licensure in California. Competitive guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Long Term Disability (LTD) and basic life insurance, with a voluntary life insurance option, EAP and a retirement plan with employer match.
