Responsibilties

* Focus on litigation and labor and employment matters * Address issues such as discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct * Handle complex litigation cases * Advise on labor and employment issues affecting public agencies and school districts.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in litigation and labor and employment law * JD from an accredited law school * Active membership in the California State Bar * Expertise in addressing complex legal challenges * Strong desire to work within the realm of education/public agency law
