Rate: Starting at $22.50-$25.00 per hour based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Collect rent payments, including physical checks and ACH transactions, and ensure accurate posting to tenant accounts.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements and reports.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all Commercial tenants.
- Charge tenants for billable items.
- Additional duties as assigned by Management for the good of the company.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Prior Property Management experience is preferred but not required.
