As our Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Traveler , you ll provide high-quality primary care across Northern Arizona communities, including Flagstaff (pop. 76,000), Williams (pop. 3,300), and Grand Canyon National Park (pop. 1,500). These locations offer everything from small-town charm to vibrant city life, surrounded by pine forest mountains, high plains, and breathtaking national park views perfect for hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and exploring year-round.

North Country HealthCare is looking for an adventurous, adaptable clinician who thrives on variety and community connection. As our Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Traveler , you ll provide high-quality primary care across Northern Arizona communities, including Flagstaff (pop. 76,000), Williams (pop. 3,300), and Grand Canyon National Park (pop. 1,500). These locations offer everything from small-town charm to vibrant city life, surrounded by pine forest mountains, high plains, and breathtaking national park views perfect for hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and exploring year-round.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive total compensation package ranging from $125,000 to $135,000 plus guaranteed program incentives during first year of practice at NCHC
- Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including
- 272 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
- 80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)
- With a HIPSA score of 19 you may qualify for two loan repayment programs
- Federal Tort and Tail End Malpractice Coverage
- Paid license DEA board certifications
- CME funds and time-off package

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year s experience
- Must have National Certification
- Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
