Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Management Development Program
We offer General Manager in Training opportunities. Join our Management Development Program to potentially run a wedding venue within 6 – 12 months. This training covers hosting events, food logistics, staff scheduling, revenue planning, and vendor partnerships. You'll learn to delight clients, satisfy guests, and motivate your team.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in hospitality, such as restaurants, bars, hotels, or venues
- Enjoy working with people and providing excellent service
- Leadership skills to delegate, teach, and hold others accountable
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
