As we prepare to launch 25-30 new campuses nationwide in the next six months, we're seeking exceptional operators to lead three mission-critical domains:
- ️ Regulatory Navigator - Chart our course through state and local education policies
- Systems Architect - Design seamless student journeys from enrollment to graduation
- Financial Strategist - Build the financial foundation for sustainable scale

What You Will Be Doing
As an Associate Partner, you'll be:
- Spearheading one of our three core operational pillars with full autonomy and direct founder access
- Building scalable systems from the ground up across multiple states
- Wielding complete authority and accountability in your domain
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder and board to align strategy with execution
- Leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate growth and maintain operational efficiency

- Navigating bureaucratic mazes - enjoy direct access to decision-makers
- Delegating the hard stuff - you'll be in the trenches, leading by example

Build and lead a cornerstone division of 2 Hour Learning's national operations, delivering robust infrastructure at scale with full backing and resources to drive success.
Basic Requirements
You're our ideal candidate if you have:
- A decade+ of experience with 5+ years at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), ideally at Principal, Partner, or AP level
- Battle-tested experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives under pressure
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory strategy, systems implementation, or financial operations
- A bias for swift, decisive action and measurable impact
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately one week monthly
- Proficiency with AI tools and innovative tech solutions
Bonus points for:
- Track record in PE-backed operational leadership or transformation initiatives
- Success stories in launching regulated businesses or multi-location operations at scale

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
