About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (Level 8) to join our Software Engineering team, supporting Project 0011650318 for a globally recognized technology company renowned for its innovations in electronics, semiconductors, and telecommunications equipment.
In this role, you'll serve as a hands-on expert managing and configuring Rancher clusters while leveraging strong proficiency in Kubernetes and AWS. You will lead DevOps initiatives, optimize CI / CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and configure Rancher GPv2 clusters, including upgrades and ongoing maintenance.

Design and implement secure, scalable CI / CD pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot infrastructure challenges.

Monitor and enhance system performance, uptime, and security protocols.

Lead DevOps automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Act as a subject matter expert across DevOps and infrastructure teams.

Must-Have Skills :

AWS – Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge.

Kubernetes – Advanced experience with container orchestration.

Rancher – Cluster setup, configuration, and upgrades.
