As a manager, you guide the team in operating at scale and speed.

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $197,000-$291,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Specifics will be shared during hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish clear expectations, provide feedback, and coach team members.
