- Strong Testing Mindset: A commitment to quality through rigorous unit testing and thorough developer manual testing (we use Mockito, Playright & Jest)
- AI Ambassador: Experience using AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Augment) to enhance productivity and/or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications via APIs
- Agile Advocate: Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with a focus on continuous delivery and improvement
- Excellent Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

This role reports to the Manager, Software Engineering and works a hybrid weekly schedule (4 days in office/1 days remote) with the flexibility to adjust on an ad hoc basis. We will prioritize candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area who can come into the office regularly.
