Our Risk Advisory practice offers a full spectrum of services to help clients assess risks, develop strategies, and achieve their goals through deep industry knowledge of risk, governance, internal audit, compliance, IT, and cybersecurity.

  • Wants to expand their ESG advisory skills, providing ESG risk and reporting assistance in areas like GHG emissions, voluntary reporting, climate risk assessments, and TCFD reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ESG sustainability advisory and consulting services, including materiality assessments, reporting strategy, data collection, and report drafting.
  • Engage with clients on ESG reporting regulations and compliance, including CSRD, CA Climate Act, ISSB, etc.
  • Assess ESG reporting against regulatory and voluntary frameworks, and make improvement recommendations.
  • Support clients with assurance readiness, understanding guidance like ISAE 3000, ISSA 5000, and AICPA standards.
  • Conduct climate risk assessments and scenario analysis, including TCFD reporting.
  • Lead fieldwork, ensure quality and timeliness, and provide ESG trend insights.
  • Assist in managing engagement staffing, billing, and profitability.
  • Build relationships internally and externally, and invest in professional development.
  • Support team growth and development, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability or environmental management; Master's preferred.
  • Understanding of risk management and reporting processes.
  • Certifications like GRI, CC-P, or SCR are a plus.
  • 5+ years ESG advisory experience preferred.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

The salary range is $111,170 to $240,850, influenced by skills, experience, and location.
