This role requires 3-6 years of experience managing components of complex private equity transactions, including leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, venture capital exits, and related M&A transactions.

The position emphasizes industry-specific M&A experience — not general M&A or non-tech verticals — and requires a demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and contribute to transaction strategy.
This role includes industry-standard compensation, market bonuses, and a 3-day/week in-office policy. Candidates must be barred in Massachusetts (or eligible) and currently based in the U.S.
