Key Responsibilities:

  • Support office managing brokers and recruiters in building relationships and recruiting top brokers
  • Assist with onboarding new brokers, ensuring a smooth transition and setup for success
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Engagement team to develop and implement training plans, including small group and 1-1 coaching on tech tools, marketing, and business plans
  • Act as an accountability partner to new brokers, helping them adhere to their business plans and training schedules
  • Enhance agent retention through training, support, and partnerships with affiliated businesses
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company tools and resources that drive productivity and engagement
  • Support office and company events
  • Promote a positive office, broker, and company culture

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of real estate sales experience
  • Management experience and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Illinois Real Estate Broker's License
