Key Responsibilities:
- Support office managing brokers and recruiters in building relationships and recruiting top brokers
- Assist with onboarding new brokers, ensuring a smooth transition and setup for success
- Collaborate with the Learning & Engagement team to develop and implement training plans, including small group and 1-1 coaching on tech tools, marketing, and business plans
- Act as an accountability partner to new brokers, helping them adhere to their business plans and training schedules
- Enhance agent retention through training, support, and partnerships with affiliated businesses
- Maintain strong knowledge of company tools and resources that drive productivity and engagement
- Support office and company events
- Promote a positive office, broker, and company culture
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of real estate sales experience
- Management experience and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Illinois Real Estate Broker's License
