A fast-growing clinical-stage biotech seeking a Director or Sr. Director of People to lead global HR strategy and operations, with a focus on scaling teams in the US and Europe. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role supporting performance, compensation, culture, and compliance during a pivotal growth phase.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning
- Oversee compensation strategy, bonus / equity programs, and benchmarking
- Drive engagement, culture, and retention across a mission-driven team
- Manage HR operations, benefits, compliance, and immigration
- Support international expansion, especially across European markets
- Partner closely with leadership on org design and change management
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience; biotech / life sciences preferred
- Strong track record in compensation, talent development & HR operations
- Experience supporting global teams; EU HR expertise strongly preferred
- Strategic mindset with ability to execute hands-on
