What You'll Do

We’re looking for a Director, Client Portfolio Manager to join our Investment Solutions team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the delivery of business results and lead a team for the OCIO business!

• Collaborate with others from across the organization to advance strategic initiatives, drive business enhancements, lead new business expansion and growth efforts
• Manage large and complex client relationships and advisory engagements
• Contribute to the creation of timely research, market intelligence, and thought leadership
• Lead a team of OCIO client portfolio managers that work across client types (endowments, foundations, non-qualified, pension).

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including success in roles such as client portfolio manager, investment consultant, or strategist, with expertise navigating market cycles
• Experience managing a client-facing team
• Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships and design multi-asset solutions for various client types
• Experience with LDI (liability driven investments)
• Experience with multi-asset portfolios, including alternatives, equities, and fixed income

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• Professional designations like CFA, CAIA, FRM, or MBA
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment strategies, and risk models
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and other tools

Additional Information

Salary range: $174,000 - $236,000 per year. Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy. Remote, in-office, or hybrid work options, with preferred locations in Minneapolis or Des Moines. No work authorization sponsorship available at this time.
