Job Summary:

Alchemy is a developer platform aiming to bring web3 to a billion people by providing tools for building onchain products. The Customer Product Engineer will serve as the primary technical contact for developers, helping them troubleshoot issues while also influencing product development based on user feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Write code while working directly with customers to unblock, support, and delight them

• Translate real user pain into insights that shape what we build next

• Surface product gaps, track adoption, and influence the roadmap through data and intuition

• Onboard and engage new users, helping them ship and guiding them toward activation.

• Act as the voice of the customer—internally and externally—building trust with technical teams and business leaders alike

• Partner across Product and Engineering to shape long-term solutions, not just short-term fixes

• Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and help us scale what’s working

• Turn great support into growth by driving customer referrals

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles

• Technical background — Computer Science degree, bootcamp, or self-taught with real-world projects

• Comfortable debugging API requests, dev environments, and blockchain-related tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially in online community settings

• Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience working in crypto / Web3, or built a relevant side project a plus

• Founder experience is a plus
