The Production Engineering team at Snowflake is responsible for driving reliability tools and processes to ensure a top-tier customer experience. OUR IDEAL MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- 10+ years experience designing, building, supporting large-scale production systems.
- 3+ years managing a team of engineers.
- Proven leadership in Site Reliability or Production Engineering teams.
- Experience building and leading technical teams.
- Track record of operational excellence and reliable software delivery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with executives.
- Problem-solving skills with a coding background.
- BSc/MS in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated base salary: $222,000 - $339,250.
- Eligible for bonus and equity plans.
