We’re looking for ahands-on Head of Product Design to lead and shape our product design from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic vision with deep craft, and build outstanding user experiences in a company driven by innovation, velocity, and design excellence.
You’ll join us at an early and impactful stage, helping define the product and design culture in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with a passionate, high-caliber team across product and engineering, building tools for users who deeply value quality, speed, and clarity.
About this role
- Own and drive the end-to-endproduct design strategy , execution, and evolution.
- Lead by example —design key product flows and interfaces yourself.
- LeverageAI-powered tools and workflows to boost ideation, prototyping, and content creation.
- Collaborate closely withproduct managers and engineers to create intuitive, high-quality experiences.
- Define and elevate ourdesign processes, tools, and standards .
- Mentor, inspire, and collaborate with designers, with apath to grow and lead the team as we scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, with hands-on execution incomplex B2B products .
- A portfolio that demonstrates bothstrategic thinking andpixel-perfect execution .
- Proven ability to setdesign direction while rolling up your sleeves and delivering.
- Comfortable infast-paced , high-ownership,zero-to-one environments.
- Fluency instate-of-the-art AI tools and design techniques (ideation, prototyping, content generation, etc).
- Experience incybersecurity ordeveloper-facing platforms - Advantage
