Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager (Aggregation)

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid or Remote within the U.S.)

Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000 + Bonus

Overview:

A well-established leader in personal finance software is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives around data aggregation. This high-impact role involves managing critical relationships with financial data providers (e.g., Plaid, Intuit, Finicity) and ensuring smooth, secure integration of banking data into consumer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison for financial data aggregators, overseeing contracts, SLAs, and technical performance.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, compliance, product, and support to optimize API flows and data syncing.
• Own the product roadmap for aggregation, balancing partner capabilities and customer needs.
• Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure accuracy, reliability, and uptime of data services.
• Drive innovation based on regulatory trends (e.g., Open Banking, PSD2) and user feedback to improve connectivity and trust.

About You:

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience in fintech or banking.
• Strong background in API integrations and data standards (FDX, OAuth, Webhooks, JSON).
• Familiarity with major aggregators like Plaid, Intuit, MX, or Yodlee.
• Skilled in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven decision maker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA preferred.
