Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

As a Unit Custodial Director , you will oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and security of assigned buildings, coordinate janitorial staff, and ensure high-quality standards and safety. Responsibilities include assigning duties, inspecting work, managing supplies, training staff, and acting as liaison between staff and building occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between shifts to ensure task completion.
• Train staff in janitorial procedures and equipment operation.
• Manage supplies and equipment issuance.
• Inspect work and ensure task completion.
• Develop personnel and conduct staff meetings.
• Secure buildings and oversee project completion within budget.
• Report budget issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree preferred.
• One to two years supervisory experience in housekeeping or related fields.
• Strong work ethic, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy cleaning equipment.
