Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Superintendent located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The General Superintendent will oversee daily construction operations, manage project timelines, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety standards. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, maintaining quality control, and liaising with clients and project managers to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

Project management, site supervision, and crew coordination skills
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control standards
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Experience with construction scheduling and budgeting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
